Campingplatz Plattensee

Our seasonal campsite offers about 15 hectares of grounds in the middle of a protected landscape area directly on Lake Dannigkower Plattensee, close to cycle route R1. Here you have the option of renting a permanent pitch, staying as a tourist with a caravan, camper or tent, or overnighting in one of our four bungalows or one of nine sleeping barrels. Dogs are welcome to come along, but unfortunately not on our beach or in the water. The beautiful natural surroundings invite you to take excursions in the area. Gommern, with its medieval moated castle, the rock garden at Kulk with its wandering dune and its many shopping opportunities, is only a few minutes away. Pretzien is also worth a visit with its St Thomas Church on the Road of Romanesque Architecture, as is the Pretzien weir. Many beautiful churches and castles await exploration, such as Catherine the Great's hunting lodge in Dornburg or the castle with its basilica in Leitzkau. Our pitches are not divided into parcels, which creates a cosy and private atmosphere on our site. Simply enjoy your stay at our lakeside campsite with playground and snack bar.
