Our campsite is located in the heart of Franconian wine country on the scenic Volkacher Mainschleife, at the foot of the historic Vogelsburg and the world-famous Escherndorfer Lump vineyard. Next door, the Main ferry has been connecting the wine villages of Escherndorf and Nordheim for centuries. The region around the Volkacher Mainschleife and Franconian Mainland is ideal for hiking, canoeing, and cycling tours along the Main, through vineyards, orchards, and charming wine villages. Our restaurant is well known for homemade cakes, hearty snacks, and a good Franconian wine. Friendly atmosphere, modern sanitary facilities, accessible toilet and washroom, baby bathroom, washing machine, dryer.
