If you are looking for peace, relaxation, and recreation, you have come to the right place. Our campsite, established in 1966, is located in the heart of nature in the Tunxdorf Hills, just 200 m from Lake Tunxdorf. In the past five years, the sanitary building has been renovated and the entire site redesigned. All supply and disposal lines have been renewed, making all pitches comfort pitches. Only the so-called "meadow" has electricity only – water and wastewater are available within 50 m. The site has about 100 pitches, all with electricity. Numerous fresh water and waste disposal points are available, as well as a service station for motorhomes. Lake Tunxdorf, with a surface area of 10 ha, is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. The sandy beach is ideal for swimming and relaxing, and fishing fans will enjoy it too. Well-developed paths invite you to take long hikes or bike rides. Many excursions can also be made by car or bicycle – for events and tips, visit the websites of Emsland or Leer. Children will enjoy the playground with slide and swings. We offer a free bread roll service (order by 7:00 p.m.). Supermarkets can be found 5 km away in nearby Aschendorf. A bottled gas depot is available. The renovated sanitary building features private wash cabins, washing machines, dryers, washing and shower areas, and a dishwashing section. Right next to the campsite is the snack bar "Am Campingplatz", serving hot meals from Friday to Sunday evenings from 6:00 p.m. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the café opens at 3:00 p.m., with outdoor seating and beer garden in good weather.
