Camping Tunxdorfer-Berge

If you are looking for relaxation, peace and recreation, you are in exactly the right place with us. Our campsite, established in 1966, is located in the middle of nature in the Tunxdorfer Berge, only 200 m from Tunxdorfer Waldsee. In the last five years, the sanitary building has been renovated and the site has been completely redesigned. All supply and disposal lines have been renewed, so that all pitches are now comfort pitches. Only on the so called "meadow" are there electricity connections only, but water and wastewater are also no more than 50 m away there. The site has around 100 pitches, all with electricity connection. There are numerous fresh water and wastewater points as well as a supply and disposal station for motorhomes. With 10 ha of water surface, Tunxdorfer Waldsee is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. On the sandy beach you can swim and relax wonderfully, and anglers will also get their money's worth. Extensive cycling and hiking tours can be undertaken on well developed paths. Many excursions are also possible by car or bicycle, and event tips can be found on the pages of Emsland or the district of Leer. For children there is a playground with a slide and swing. We also offer a free bread roll service, orders until 19:00. Supermarkets are located in nearby Aschendorf, 5 km away. A bottled gas depot is available. The modernized sanitary building offers individual wash cabins, washing machines, dryers, washing and shower areas as well as a separate dishwashing area. Directly at the campsite is the snack bar "Am Campingplatz", where you can enjoy hot meals from Friday to Sunday from 18:00. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the café with terrace and beer garden opens from 15:00 in good weather. For groups, the café can also be opened during the week or rented for private celebrations, including buffet via local catering services. Opening hours can be found on our homepage.
