Ydrefors Café & Camping - Reviews

This is where the campsite and community centre come together. There are spacious communal areas with a kitchen, barbecue and a play area for the little ones.
The toilet and shower facilities are spacious and clean.
Large birch trees provide shade throughout the day.
The reception is located in a café and is run by local young people: very nice and friendly staff. You can also check in via the app.
The swimming area is well-maintained, has a floating platform and plenty of space for sunbathing and sitting. Otherwise, you can go on excursions on foot or by bike from here.
The nearest place to shop is a good 20 minutes’ drive away.

Older but cosy service house with extensive kitchen and 2 washing-up areas. Sitting area.
Toilets adequate for number of campers (was not full). Shower men(1) good, for ladies room with 2 showers with a curtain in front. Less privacy.
Sommarcafe closed after 11 August, so was not much to get, difficult to judge.

The campsite is small, clean, idyllic and is run by the local community.

Simply beautiful, in the middle of nature. Far away from the hustle and bustle.
We came from the direction of Vadstena and drove the most beautiful route along lakes and rocks. Highly recommended.
We are just happy here because we like it simple and quiet.
Everything you need and more can be found here, even kitchen and refrigerator, all without extra costs. The price for this place is absolutely not worth mentioning, unbelievable!
Check-in only from 20- 20:30. Under the cell phone number, however, was someone to reach and so we could build up earlier.
What we also find nice that also local residents visit this place for swimming. So you are also times among the residents ;)

6 Stuga can be rented, otherwise there are about 20 places with electricity and about 20 more places without electricity available. Kitchen can also be used for dining in bad weather. Shopping needs 20min one way drive. Swimming, hiking, biking very good. Operators very friendly and attentive, only a dryer or drying room is missing. Dogs are definitely allowed, there is even a separate dog bathing area.
