There are a couple of mobile toilet/shower containers around the campsite, maybe they were added not so long ago. They are empecably clean and shower is free and unlimited. To us it seemed like enough toilets/shower for everyone.No kitchen or place for washing your dishes, though!
It might be relevant to say that it can get very windy up there. We had a van with a tent roof and were a bit concerned whether it would withstand the winds.
