A small tent area (we arrived at a quiet period so no competition for a good space) but flat and peaceful. Tucked away towards the end of the peninsula so pretty quiet compared to those further north. All facilities were clean although the men’s showers seemed to have moved/been combined with the women’s block, unsure if temporary. Beautiful beach mere metres away from the campground with a lovely sandy entrance to the sea.

We were there for a few days in July, and then again for a few days in August. Good service, distance to the city is nice, the beach is extraordinary. You can buy warm, fresh bread rolls in the morning. Kiosk is open during weekends. Quiet atmosphere, suitable for families. Rental kayaks available.
