Accommodation Type: Campervanauto-translated: On the way to the ferry, we spent a night here. We were the only guests, apart from the few permanent campers who were still there. The season is over and almost everyone has left. There are five pitches by the water and a few unpaved ones in the middle of a meadow. There was a phone number at the reception desk that you could call. During the season, there is also a small kiosk there. There is a washing machine and dryer, the sanitary facilities are good, and you need tokens to use the showers, which you should buy when you check in. NOK coins do not work there. There are boats and a hiking trail, the start of which is difficult to find. You have to go around the toilet block and follow the blue dots. There is an inexpensive Thai restaurant in the village, about a 1 km walk away.
Fishing is allowed, and boats can also be rented.
The site consists almost entirely of permanently built caravans and is probably very busy in summer, but I can't say anything about that, nor about the cabins.
The site is good for passing through, but not necessarily for a longer stay. It is about 40 km to Kristiansand and the ferry.
Would I come back: Yes

Accommodation Type: CabinComfortable camping. Ideal after or before the ferry to or from Denmark. Clean sanitary facilities. Huts 1-3 are small but OK for 2 persons.

Accommodation Type: Cabinauto-translated: On our way to Kristiansand for the ferry, we spent the last two nights of the holiday in small cabin no. 5
It really is a small low cabin, 2 metres wide and 3.5m deep.
Coffee maker, kettle, hotplates, fridge available.
There are two beds; one bed 1.20m wide and above it a bed 0.70 wide. Beds are very poor.
For the stated number of three people, this is very tight.
Campsite is located on main road 9. Traffic is present during the day but not bothersome.
Negative advice for hytter.
Would I come back: No
