Accommodation Type: CampervanYes, it's a campcard campground with lot of space and a nice view. But the Kitchen was dirty. And the Restrooms were verry dirty. There is only one shower for the hole campground, it was dirty too and the water was freezing cold, cause the warm water run out. And we've seen no one of the stuff all the time.
Would I come back: No

Accommodation Type: Campervanauto-translated: Also here the CAMPINGCARD is VALID!

The camping offers toilets, a shower (unfortunately only lukewarm water, boiler supposedly extremely small), a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a hose for filling the camper water tank. Owner very friendly and charming, sanitary facilities clean. The only shortcoming as already mentioned above: the (too) cold shower. Actually amazing, in a country where many boilers are fed directly with hot spring water. ;-)

The place offers a relatively good starting point for the 4x4-trip through 30 rivers to the Básarhütte, from where you can hike Fimmvörđuháls or even Skógar. (Off-topic note: There are also buses to the Básar hut, but one trip costs about 80€ because of the river crossings).
Would I come back: Yes
