Kouvola city is famous of its ugly concrete stackhouses. seems like camping area design follows that style. very dull area, no trees, no nature.and, nearby highway causes lot of noises - be sure to have pair of earplugs with you.
pros: everything works ok, nice restaurant/terrace nearby.
